Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice:
◉ Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total package cost.
◉ If you decide to cancel, the cancellation made between 15-30 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund.
◉ Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
No-Shows:
◉ If you fail to appear for your scheduled trip without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Force Majeure:
◉ In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Minimum Participant Requirement:
◉ If the minimum number of participants for a trip is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. You will be notified at least seven days in advance and given a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Client-Initiated Changes:
◉ Requests for changes to your booking (such as dates, accommodations, or activities) must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date. We always try to make plans according to our customer’s preferences; however, sometimes, it might be behind our reach and cost the customers extra.
Changes by Adventure Travel Consultants:
◉ We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary (such as changes in accommodation or transportation) if necessary. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to accept the changes, receive a full refund, or reschedule.
Processing Refunds:
◉ The refund will proceed within 14 business days of the cancellation’s approved date. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the booking.
Non-Refundable Components:
◉ Specific components of your trip, such as permits, entrance fees, and other non-refundable expenses, may not be eligible for a refund. These will be communicated during the booking process.
